Key Responsibilities
- Assess the learning abilities, behavioral patterns, and developmental needs of children with disabilities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on each child’s needs.
- Use specialized teaching techniques and assistive learning methods to support children with developmental challenges.
- Work closely with therapists such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure integrated care.
- Monitor and record the progress of each child and modify teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and counseling to parents regarding home-based training and child development strategies.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and educational materials suitable for children with special needs.
- Conduct behavioral management and life skills training sessions.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and assessment records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Support inclusive education practices when applicable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
