Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting business continuity through effective communication and problem-solving.
JD: Professional & Technical Skills:
- Expert level knowledge of DDI solutions preferable Infoblox with extensive experience of usage in large complex enterprises.
- Proven experience with Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions NIOS and BloxOne.
- Strong CLI and GUI skills for Infoblox products. o Preferably Threat Defense and/or Advance DNS Protection.
- Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices and principles, particularly in relation to DNS and DHCP.
- Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, or network.
- Able to deploy and manage DDI platforms on private Cloud, Azure, AWS and / or VMware vSphere environments.
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Network Security Implementation, Network Security Operations, Enterprise Network Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based network solutions.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
