We are hiring a Guest Relationship Executive to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a comfortable, memorable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle guest requests and resolve queries promptly.
- Coordinate transportation and travel services.
- Support VIPs, elderly, and international guests.
- Guide guests on temple schedules and local facilities.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and Transport teams.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest house operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
