Position: HR Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and lead the Human Resources function of our college. The candidate will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching staff, along with managing HR operations, employee relations, documentation, and other HR activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment and be well-versed in using various job portals and hiring platforms to source quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle complete end-to-end recruitment for Teaching and Non-Teaching positions.
- Recruit faculty for PUC, Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
- Hire candidates for positions such as Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors, HODs, Academic Coordinators, Principals, Vice Principals, and other academic roles.
- Handle recruitment for non-teaching departments including Admissions, Administration, HR, Accounts, Marketing, IT, Library, Operations, Support Staff, Digital Team, etc.
- Understand manpower requirements from Management, Principals, HODs, and Department Heads.
- Prepare and post effective job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the concerned department and Management.
- Maintain a strong database and talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle offer negotiation, offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR files.
- Coordinate with Management and department heads regarding manpower planning.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Assist in performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and appraisals.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports for Management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Human Resources / PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proven experience in recruiting both Teaching and Non-Teaching staff.
- Strong knowledge of various job portals, recruitment platforms, and candidate sourcing methods.
- Experience in handling bulk hiring and senior-level recruitment.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of HR policies, documentation, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS and MS Office will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
