- Lead Generation & Conversion: The volume of qualified leads and immediate on-spot sales generated during activations (e.g., mall kiosks, residential society booths).
- Footfall & Audience Reach: The number of unique consumers exposed to the brand, sampling campaigns, or experiential demos.
- Campaign Execution & Delivery: Executing on-ground events on time and within budget, including managing regional promoters, look-walkers, and local vendor logistics.
- Brand Visibility & Recall: Enhancing localized market presence through point-of-sale displays, canter branding, and society promotions.
