Role- Lead Tableau Developer
Exp – 7+ Years
Location – Remote
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
● Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau
● Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
● Perform data validation, quality assessments, and root cause analysis
● Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
● Support data governance and continuous process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
● 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
● Strong SQL and Excel skills
● Strong Experience with Tableau
● Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
● Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or
related field
Nice to Have
● Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance practices
● Experience supporting enterprise transformation or HRIS/ERP environments
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
