Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – US Staffing to drive client acquisition and generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new direct clients, implementation partners, and managing end-to-end business development activities for IT/Non-IT staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for US Staffing/IT Staffing business.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Develop relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, MSA, and vendor agreements.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure business growth.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality profile submissions and closures.
- Track sales pipeline, client communication, and business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in US Staffing Business Development/Sales.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing process, contracts, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, CRM, and lead generation tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
