Civil Site Engineer
We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, and delivering projects within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
- Oversee RCC work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, external development, and all civil construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Manage material planning, consumption, and site inventory.
- Verify site measurements and contractor bills.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Office is required.
