Worldmove Solutions is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding them through visa and immigration processes, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with clients, documentation teams, and sales to ensure smooth case processing.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
- Guide clients through immigration processes (PR, work visa, study visa, etc.)
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, documentation, and timelines
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain communication
- Coordinate with the documentation team for timely file preparation and submission
- Track application status and update clients accordingly
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Maintain records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Support sales team in lead conversion and achieving targets (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration guidelines
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Good convincing and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in immigration/visa consultancy is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
