The job will require extensive traveling so having a Valid Passport is mandatory . Must be willing to travel within India and abroad whenever required. The person should have Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows .
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prior 1 years work experience of software solution implementation is must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively
- Willingness to travel to various locations for on-site implementation and support.
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL is must
- Enforce successful implementations of the software solutions to our clients.
- Serve as a primary contact for client installation process.
- Proving software support as per the client's requirement.
- Immediate joiners preferred .
- hands on working with the ticketing tool.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BCA/MCA/BTECH/BSC with minimum 1-year diploma in Computer Science
- BCOM with minimum 1-year diploma in Computer Science
- The candidate should be independently capable of handing clients with excellent positive approach and communication.
- Mandotary prior 1 year working exp with ERP implementation is needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
