We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless order deliveries by coordinating with internal teams and external courier partners. The role requires strong follow-up, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve delivery-related issues while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Coordinate daily with courier partners to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of customer orders.

Liaise with internal teams including Customer Support, Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Technology to resolve delivery-related concerns.

Monitor shipment status and proactively identify orders at risk of delay.

Resolve NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases by coordinating with courier partners and internal stakeholders.

Follow up on delayed, stuck, lost, damaged, RTO, and misrouted shipments until closure.

Escalate critical delivery issues to courier account managers and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain regular communication with courier partners to improve delivery performance and reduce exceptions.

Coordinate for address corrections, delivery rescheduling, and customer delivery preferences.

Track courier SLAs and ensure adherence to agreed turnaround times.

Prepare daily MIS reports on pending issues, escalations, delivery performance, and resolution status.

Maintain accurate documentation of courier communications and issue resolutions.

Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend process improvements to reduce delivery failures.

Coordinate with courier partners for freight billing reconciliation, invoice verification, and timely resolution of billing discrepancies, claims, and payment-related issues.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience working with courier aggregators and logistics partners is preferred.

Knowledge of order management systems, WMS, TMS, or CRM platforms is an advantage.

Graduate in any discipline.

3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, courier operations, e-commerce, or customer operations.

Experience in D2C or e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.
