About the Role
EBD Groups is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while delivering innovative and practical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design, planning, and project execution for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 3 years or more of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction methodologies, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
