Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the leads and the Client Relations team to support business operations, client communication, project
coordination, executive administration, and strategic initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, a high level of ownership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure the smooth execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and project updates.
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of the meeting (MoM), and action item trackers.
- Support project coordination between technical teams, management, and clients.
- Handle email communication and professional correspondence on behalf of management.
- Track leadership action items and ensure timely completion.
- Assist the team leads in daily operational activities and priority management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, executive summaries, and business documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, visa documentation, and logistics.
- Support company events, management meetings, and client visits.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments for operational requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and sensitive documents.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.

- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely completion of management follow-ups.
- Meeting scheduling accuracy and responsiveness.
- Quality of MoM, reports, and documentation.
- Client communication effectiveness.
- Closure rate of assigned action items.
- Support provided to the leadership team.
- Contribution to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Training & Compensation (Applicable for Freshers Only) :
- Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training and probation period.
- During the training period, a monthly stipend of 15,000 will be provided.
- The training period will focus on business operations, client communication, project coordination, executive support, documentation, and organizational processes.
- Candidates will receive hands-on exposure to leadership interactions, client management, recruitment coordination, and cross-functional business operations.
- Upon successful completion of the training period, performance will be evaluated based on predefined KPIs, learning progress, ownership, communication skills, and overall contribution.
- The offered CTC will be subject to revision after the successful completion of the 3-month training period.
