Key Responsibilities1. Product Demonstration
- Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of the Vein Viewer Veineux AR100.
- Explain device features, clinical applications, and advantages to nurses, doctors, and procurement teams.
- Provide hands-on training on proper usage, handling, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate use on live models or simulation setups as required.
2. Installation & Commissioning
- Install and configure the device at customer sites.
- Verify correct operation after installation.
- Provide orientation training to end users.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Address customer queries regarding operation, performance, or safety.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with service engineers for advanced issues.
- Report field issues to the technical/quality team for analysis.
4. Customer Training & Education
- Conduct refresher training sessions and periodic follow-ups.
- Prepare user manuals, demonstration videos, or educational materials if required.
- Maintain detailed records of demonstrations, trainings, and feedback.
5. Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist the sales team with product presentations during hospital visits.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, workshops, CME programs, and tenders.
- Highlight the clinical value and benefits of the Vein Viewer AR100 to support sales goals.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain demonstration logs, customer interaction reports, and training records.
- Provide timely reports to management on demo performance and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
