The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role is essential for improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily activities of the sales team
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, deliveries, and inquiries
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance data
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending payments
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and campaigns
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales support or coordination (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
