Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Staff / Production Trainee with an ITI Mechanical qualification to support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities. Freshers with a strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing operations.
Operate and handle production machines as per work instructions.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Perform basic machine setup, loading/unloading and material handling.
Inspect components for basic quality requirements.
Maintain production targets and follow the assigned work schedule.
Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.
Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and gauges, as required.
Maintain production records and follow company procedures.
Work effectively with production, quality and maintenance teams.
Eligibility:
Qualification: 10th,12th, ITI – Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist / Turner
Experience: 0–1 year in manufacturing/production.
Freshers: Candidates with relevant ITI qualification are welcome.
Basic knowledge of mechanical components, machines and workshop practices.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
Good discipline, attendance and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Basic machine operating knowledge.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Willingness to learn new machines and manufacturing processes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
