Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and sales-driven Decor Sales Executive who can convert client visions into elegant décor concepts while driving revenue. This role requires a blend of design sensibility and strong sales skills to curate, pitch, and close décor projects for weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into décor sales for weddings and events
- Understand client preferences, themes, and budgets to propose customized décor concepts
- Present mood boards, references, and décor ideas aligned with client vision
- Collaborate with design, production, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation to final delivery
- Stay updated on décor trends, themes, materials, and innovations in the wedding industry
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in décor sales, event planning, or wedding industry
- Strong understanding of wedding décor styles (traditional, contemporary, luxury, destination, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing concepts
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
- Basic knowledge of design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) is a plus
- Flexibility to work on weekends and event schedules
