Metronix Placements is seeking an energetic and results-driven Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment and business development activities for our clients across India. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating campus hiring initiatives, sourcing and screening candidates, managing recruitment drives, and building relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
The role includes a significant amount of cold calling, where you will connect with prospective candidates, placement officers, colleges, and potential clients to generate recruitment opportunities and build talent pipelines. You will also contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company's recruitment services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable with candidate and client outreach, and have a proactive approach to recruitment and business development.
