Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make hiring recommendations
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
