- Strong experience in South Indian cuisine required
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in bulk cooking and hospital/corporate catering is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality South Indian meals as per menu requirements
- Plan and supervise daily food preparation activities
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock consumption, and kitchen supplies
- Train and guide kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
