As Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role within the APAC Enterprise Architecture team, helping shape the technology direction of one of the world's leading supply chain organizations.
You will be responsible for defining and driving the regional Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with DHL Supply Chain's global technology vision while supporting business growth, innovation, and operational excellence across APAC.
Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you will influence architecture decisions that enable scalable, integrated, and future-ready supply chain solutions across multiple countries and business units.
Leading the definition and execution of the APAC Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap.
Representing APAC within the Global Enterprise Architecture Community and contributing to global architecture standards, principles, governance, and best practices.
Acting as a key design authority across the region, ensuring technology solutions are scalable, reusable, integrated, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
Driving the standardization of architecture through blueprints, frameworks, templates, and reusable patterns.
Shaping regional technology transformation initiatives by managing technology lifecycles and translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
Providing architectural leadership and guidance on technology investments, application modernization, legacy landscape optimization, and new solution selection.
Maintaining a holistic view across business, information, application, technology, infrastructure, and security architecture domains.
Partnering with regional and domain leaders to align technology strategy with business priorities and drive successful transformation outcomes.
Influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization to support strategic decision-making and enterprise-wide architecture adoption.

10–15 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a strong track record of driving technology strategy and business transformation.
10+ years of experience in application design, solution development, and application lifecycle management across complex enterprise environments.
10+ years of experience in increasingly senior roles, successfully bridging business and technology functions while leading cross-functional initiatives and teams.
5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing supply chain technology solutions within large-scale, global organizations.
5+ years of experience collaborating across regional and global teams to define technology vision, architecture strategy, and enterprise-wide solutions.
Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture disciplines, frameworks, and governance, including hands-on experience with LeanIX and industry-recognized frameworks such as TOGAF.
Strong experience developing and applying architecture concepts, methodologies, standards, artifacts, and governance models from business architecture through to technology implementation.
Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior stakeholders, effectively consulting across business and technology functions to drive strategic outcomes.
Advanced project and programme management capabilities, with experience delivering complex technology initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
