A Plastic Injection Moulding Supervisor oversees daily production in an injection moulding plant to ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
Roles& responsibilities:
- Supervise machine operators and shift activities
- Set up and monitor injection moulding machines
- Ensure product quality and reduce defects/scrap
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues
- Coordinate maintenance and material usage
- Enforce safety rules and workplace discipline
- Train and guide production staff
Experience in injection moulding operations (3+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of plastics processing and machine setup
- Basic troubleshooting and leadership skills
