Experience: 8–12 Years in high-end retail
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in luxury or premium retail sales (e.g., luxury furniture, premium automobiles, luxury watches, jewellery, high-end fashion, consumer electronics, or similar premium brands).
- Strong track record in driving sales, leading store operations, and managing teams.
- Excellent customer relationship and client servicing skills.
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
Salary: 40000 - 50000 (As per experience)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
