As an Ayurveda Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality Ayurvedic therapies and treatments to our patients. You will assist in the promotion of holistic well- being and the delivery of Ayurvedic healing practices.
- Therapeutic Services:
- Perform traditional Ayurvedic therapies and treatments such as Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead), Panchakarma detoxification procedures, and more
- Customize therapy sessions based on individual patient needs and Ayurvedic principles
- Commitment towards healing the patients:
- Ensure therapies are giving effective results, else modify them in consultation with doctor
- Track progress of patients closely
- Herbal Remedies:
- Prepare and apply Ayurvedic herbal formulations, oils, and poultices as part of therapeutic sessions
- Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of therapy rooms, equipment, and materials.
- Follow infection control protocols and clinic standards
- Professional code of conduct
- Ensuring you are properly dressed and follow code of conduct while interacting with patients and fellow colleagues
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Ayurvedic Therapy or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Ayurveda Therapist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, therapies, and herbs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion and empathy for patients.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
