1. Setup and maintain ExaCC Database Servers
2. Setup and maintain Oracle Linux VM servers under Exacc
3. Proactive patching of ExaCC components including infrastructure, DOMU, Grid Infrastructure and Databases
4. Provide support for enabling HA and DR solution and support of Disaster Recovery simulation and activity
5. Maintain and monitor all supported systems are running in optimum condition.
6. To take on any project or provide support to project assigned by management as and when required. Ensure all supported systems are accordance to corporate standards, compliance and best practices.
7. Improve and automate incident detection for supporting operating systems, databases, software products and configuration issues.
8. Resolve problems and issues timely and effectively while maintaining problem tracking and monitoring to ensure issue is follow up and closure.
9. Communicate and escalates incidents and requests beyond scope of ability to direct reports.
10. Provides 24x7 on-call support based on staff rotation.
11. Any other task assigned by the Company.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
