- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term, trusting relationships with key clients.
- Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, product, or creative) to ensure timely and accurate execution of services.
- Issue Resolution: Handle escalated client complaints and troubleshooting.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize client lifetime value.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure contract compliance and provide regular account performance reports.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor client service representatives or account coordinators.
