Are you a passionate Electronics graduate looking to kickstart your career in core R&D? HR Creations is looking for a dynamic and driven Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our partner's Innovation Design Center (IDC) team in Gurgaon!
In this role, you will work closely with the CTO, gaining hands-on experience in designing, testing, and debugging cutting-edge analog, digital, and microcontroller-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Circuit Design & Support: Assist in the Design & Development (D&D) of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.
- System Integration: Participate in the integration and testing of electronics with Airborne and Land-based subsystems.
- Component Selection & Documentation: Select individual parts/components, create electrical schematics, drawings, product trees, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for procurement.
- Technical Collaboration: Provide essential component data (datasheets, power consumption, etc.) to the electrical team.
- Hardware Debugging: Support and debug hardware issues using advanced test and measurement tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Project Documentation: Assist the team in compiling and preparing project design and test documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communications (ECE) or allied branches.
- Experience: Fresher or 0–1 years of experience.
- Certifications: A certification course in Embedded Systems is highly preferred.
- Core Technical Knowledge:
- Strong foundation in analog/digital electronics, power supplies, signal conditioning, and microcontroller-based designs.
- Good understanding of electronic systems, components, equipment, and PCB design/layout.
- Familiarity with wire harness design and assembly.
