About the Role
Supreme SCS Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive – HR to support day-to-day Human Resources and Administration activities. The candidate will be responsible for employee documentation, PAN India Blue-Collar attendance management through Software, office administration, vendor coordination, statutory documentation, agreements, safety and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations

Support onboarding, documentation, induction, and documents formalities.
- Manage PAN India Blue-Collar employee attendance through the Attendance Software.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

2. Administration
-
Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, facility, pantry, office maintenance, and office supplies.
- Maintain office stationery inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services, repair and maintenance.
- Handle dispatch, inward and outward documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of office records and administrative documents.

3. Agreements, Compliance, Safety & Administration

Maintain and renew Insurance Policies of the company.
- Maintain Client Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Landlord/Rent Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Track agreement expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.
- Maintain statutory records, compliance documents, certificates, and licenses.
Ensure timely Fire Extinguisher Refilling, AMC coordination, and maintenance of fire safety records and compliance certificates.

4. Vendor & Facility Coordination

Coordinate with facility management vendors and service providers.
- Maintain vendor records, agreements, invoices, and service schedules.
Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities and infrastructure.

5. Employee Support

Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and meeting arrangements whenever required.
Support company events, employee engagement activities, and office celebrations.

Key Skills Required
-
Basic knowledge of HR Operations and Office Administration.
- Experience in attendance management through Truein or any HRMS.
- Knowledge of agreements, statutory compliance, licenses, insurance, and office administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Educational Qualification
10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
-
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in Logistics, Transportation or Corporate Office will be preferred.
