We are looking for a confident and growth focused Business Development Executive who can generate leads for website development, SEO, digital marketing, WordPress, Laravel, custom software, CRM, and automation services.
The candidate should have basic experience in client acquisition, online bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, followup, and client communication. Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email outreach, or other lead generation channels will be preferred.
This role is suitable for a candidate who can talk to clients, understand requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate with the technical team, and help close projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for website development, SEO, digital marketing, and software services
- Work on online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Find new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and share them with the internal team
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project scope documents
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
- Maintain client communication from first discussion to project onboarding
- Coordinate with website, SEO, and development teams for project handover
- Research competitors and market trends
- Build long term client relationships for repeat business
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, and digital marketing services
- Experience in lead generation and client handling
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, or similar bidding platforms preferred
- Proposal writing and pricing discussion skills
- Ability to understand client requirements
- Good followup and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and Google Sheets/Excel usage
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
