Key Responsibilities
- Process Management- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Order Fulfilment - Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete delivery of materials to clients.
- Vendor Management & Negotiation - Onboard, manage, and negotiate with curated vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and reliable supply.
- Logistics Coordination - Coordinate loading, transportation, and delivery activities to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and on-time operations.
- Customer Support - Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively.
- Documentation & Reporting - Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively.
- Continuous Improvement - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.
Skills Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with critical thinking ability
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Quick learning ability with strong grasping and comprehension skills.
Pre-requisites
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role (preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
