Key Responsibilities1. Market Intelligence & Analytics (Core Work)
- Dive deep into competitive data mining, market intelligence, and consumer trends across multiple business verticals (Frozen Food, Packaging, and the Third Division).
- Analyze multi-division revenue streams, operational costs, and supply chain metrics to present clear, actionable insights to the CEO.
- Design and maintain clear, formula-driven analytical dashboards in MS Excel for weekly strategic reviews.
2. Analytical Cold Calling & Data Verification
- Conduct analytical research calling to extract critical, ground-level market intelligence from distributors, stockists, and retail counters.
- Validate market feedback, regional price points, and competitive maneuvers through direct telephone verification and phone-based data mining.
- Bridge the gap between raw field sales data and high-level corporate strategies by cleaning up internal database records.
3. CEO Office Alignment & Financial Control
- Leverage your commerce degree to cross-verify corporate billing, audit invoices against actual logs, and monitor cash flow metrics.
- Draft professional business communications, project briefs, corporate memos, and polish executive presentation layouts.
- Handle high-priority administrative requirements, travel logistics, and executive calendar management for the CEO.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or B.B.A. in Finance/Operations).
- Hardware Asset: Must own and bring a reliable, high-functioning personal laptop for daily office operations, data tracking, and communication.
- Language Proficiency: Complete professional fluency in English (Verbal and Written).
- Professional Profile: Exceptional clarity of thought, strong phone communication skills, high emotional resilience, strong adaptive flexibility, and an unyielding intent to commit long-term.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically formatting formulas in MS Excel, filtering complex data sheets, and designing clean PowerPoint layouts).
