About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our global marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting with campaign execution, email marketing, marketing automation, webinar management, content creation, lead generation, reporting, and marketing operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple marketing channels while supporting a global team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Candidates with additional certifications in Digital Marketing, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Marketing Automation, or AI for Marketing will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities
- Manage webinar setup, attendee communications, and post-event reporting
- Create marketing assets including social media creatives, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
- Write marketing content for emails, campaigns, websites, and social media
- Assist with lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis
- Support HubSpot operations, landing pages, forms, and audience segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports
- Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign engagement and marketing effectiveness
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations
- Strong English communication and content writing skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, and webinar platforms
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for advanced marketing, research, analysis, and automation tasks beyond basic prompting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills

- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, CAD/CAM software, CNC machining
