We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Inventory Executive to manage inventory planning, warehouse coordination, stock monitoring, and daily operational activities across multiple fulfillment centers (FCs). The candidate should be comfortable working with data, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring smooth inventory flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory across multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs)
- Plan stock allocation and replenishment based on sales trends and inventory requirements
- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Track stock movement, inward, outward, and inventory transfers
- Ensure timely stock availability to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory
- Prepare and maintain inventory, sales, and operational reports
- Coordinate dispatch planning and inventory distribution across marketplaces
- Monitor inventory health and identify slow-moving or fast-moving products
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and company software
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams for inventory planning
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and support stock reconciliation activities
- Support daily e-commerce operational requirements and process improvements
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
