Role of a Sourcing Specialist
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to gain a deep understanding of requirements for open roles and how it fits into the organization
- Sourcing and Screening active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database tracker
- Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines
- Coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Documentation handling for new joiners
