Core Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive execution plans, define milestones, and allocate resources efficiently using project management tools.
- Design & Engineering Coordination: Work alongside drafting and design teams to ensure architectural drawings, 3D models (like Tekla Structures), and fabrication details meet client and AISC standards.
- Procurement & Logistics: Oversee material procurement, track the fabrication process, and manage the safe transportation of heavy structural components to the site.
- Site Execution & Safety: Monitor on-site erection processes, enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience: Typically 10+ years in the PEB, structural steel, or heavy construction industry, with proven experience overseeing fabrication and erection.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of steel detailing, fabrication processes, and structural codes.
- Software: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and exposure to engineering software like AutoCAD or Tekla.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
