Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle invoices accurately as per company and manufacturer guidelines
- Generate tax invoices, delivery notes, and related billing documents
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for vehicle delivery schedules
- Maintain billing records, registers, and digital data
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and offers are applied
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmation and ledger entries
- Assist RTO team with required billing and registration documents
- Handle customer queries related to billing and invoices
- Ensure compliance with GST and company policies
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Commerce background preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in vehicle billing or automobile showroom
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting
- Familiarity with DMS / billing software
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in two-wheeler or automobile dealership
- Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery timelines
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing systems)
