We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
