Hiring: Freelance Industrial Safety Trainers

Suraksham Safety Solutions is looking for experienced and passionate Industrial Safety Trainers to join us on a freelance, engagement-based role.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site safety training programs at industrial plants across Chhattisgarh
- Conduct training sessions in sectors such as:
- Power Plants
- Steel Plants
- Chemical Industries
- Sponge Iron Plants
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and practical safety awareness among workers and staff
- Customize training modules based on plant requirements
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any Certified Safety Professional Course
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Safety Professional
- At least 5 years of experience as a Safety Trainer
Preferred:
- NEBOSH / IOSH Certified Trainers will be given preference
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on industrial safety experience
Remuneration:
- Payment will be based on training engagement (per session / project basis)
Work Nature:
- Freelance role with on-site training delivery required
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 1.0 – 16.0 per week
