Role Overview :
We need a Senior Marketplace Ads Expert to manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart. You will take ownership of client accounts, improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and optimize product listings. This role demands deep platform knowledge and direct client communication.
Core Responsibilities :
Campaign Management
● Build and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
● Execute Flipkart Product Listing Ads (PLA) and Product Contextual Ads (PCA).
● Control budgets and adjust bids to meet ROAS and ACOS targets.
● Research keywords and analyze competitor tactics to find growth opportunities.
Technical Analysis and Listing Optimization:
● Analyze Product Detail Pages (PDP) to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
● Use Helium 10, Keepa, and Seller Central analytics to extract market data.
● Track account health, buy-box win rates, and inventory to prevent ad spend waste.
● Test ad creatives, copy, and PDP layouts to improve metrics.
Client Strategy:
● Lead weekly performance review meetings with clients.
● Translate data into clear business strategies.
● Build performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
● Align marketplace advertising with overall business objectives.
Requirements :
● 4 or more years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart ads.
● Direct client-facing experience in an agency or brand setting.
● Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
● Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
● Clear and direct communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
● Experience managing Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max.
● Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager for routing external traffic to marketplaces.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
