KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Intelligence
- Conduct primary and secondary research across industries, markets, organisations, and public domains.
- Gather insights related to public perception and communication trends.
- Track developments across business, governance, policy, social, and economic sectors.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging issues, and reputation risks.
Media & Sentiment Analysis
- Monitor digital, print, and electronic media coverage.
- Analyse public conversations, social media discussions, and audience sentiment.
- Identify emerging narratives, opportunities, and potential reputational challenges.
- Track competitor activities and communication strategies.
Strategic Support
- Prepare research reports, briefing notes, intelligence summaries, and background documents.
- Support leadership with data-backed recommendations and strategic insights.
- Assist in campaign planning, communication planning, and stakeholder mapping.
- Develop knowledge repositories and research databases.
KPIS
Key KPIs: Accuracy and quality of research outputs, Timeliness of reports and briefing notes.
Actionability of insights provided to leadership, Quality of competitor and industry intelligence.
Sentiment tracking and monitoring effectiveness and Research turnaround time.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
