Job Overview
We are looking for experienced sales professionals for the role of Branch Sales Manager (BSM) / Branch Sales Officer (BSO). The role involves generating business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through DSA and DST channels while maintaining strong customer and channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities
DSA Channel Management
- Source business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Ensure regular business generation from DSA networks
DST / Open Market Sales
- Generate leads through open market and self-sourcing activities
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments
- Build referral and field networking channels
Sales & Customer Management
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products
- Conduct customer meetings and field visits
- Support customers through the loan process and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and policy compliance
- Maintain sales reports and market updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage sales
- Experience in DSA and/or DST channels is mandatory
- Maximum age: 40 years
- Minimum CIBIL score: 700 preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
