Role Summary
Lead the graphic design team to deliver high-quality, on-brand creatives on time. Manage workflows, review outputs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate tasks within the design team
- Review designs for quality and brand consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams for requirements and timelines
- Mentor team members and improve performance
- Handle blockers, escalations, and resource planning
Requirements
- 3–5 years of design experience with team handling
- Strong portfolio (social media, ads, branding)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, canva
- Good communication and time management skills
