Position: Secondary Teacher (Classes IX–X)
Responsibilities:
- Teach subject-specific lessons aligned with the curriculum and board examination requirements.
- Foster analytical thinking, conceptual understanding, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support to improve performance.
- Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching and revision strategies.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and school activities.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree and B.Ed. in the relevant subject.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience handling Classes IX–X.
- Experience in CBSE curriculum preferred.
Skills:
- Strong subject expertise and effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and concept-oriented lessons.
- Proficiency in assessment planning, academic tracking, and board exam preparation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and student mentoring skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
