Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Real Estate Script Writer & Content Creator to conceptualize, write, and produce engaging multimedia content. You will transform complex property features and market insights into compelling visual narratives for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, property portals, and our website. The ideal candidate understands what drives audience retention, lead generation, and brand trust in the real estate sector
Key Responsibilities
- Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write captivating, high-retention scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, property walkthroughs, and client testimonials.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and/or collaborate directly with video editors and designers to produce finished, high-quality video content.
- Hook & Trend Mastery: Actively track local real estate trends, financial market updates, and viral social media formats to adapt them into fresh, localized content.
- Lead Generation Copy: Write compelling hooks, captions, and strong Calls-to-Action (CTAs) tailored to property buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Voice-over & On-Camera Work: Record clear voice-overs or confidently present properties and market updates on-camera when required.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, whether targeting first-time homebuyers, HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), or NRI investors.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor content formats specifically for the nuances of each distribution channel (e.g., YouTube long-form vs. Shorts/Reels)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
