Role Overview: We are seeking self-motivated, target-driven Fiield Executives to join our expansion team across Odisha. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective candidates, engaging local coaching centers, building network partnerships, and driving student enrollments for our B.Ed. and distance learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Outreach & Lead Generation: Conduct regular field visits across assigned towns, educational hubs, and local communities to generate prospective student leads.
- Student Counseling: Guide candidates regarding course offerings, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career outcomes.
- Network Partnerships: connect with and onboard local educators, coaching center heads, and regional networkers to expand our admission network.
- Promotional Execution: Distribute marketing collateral, display promotional materials, and organize local spot-admission helpdesks.
- Rporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, follow up with leads, and submit weekly progress reports to the Head Office.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Bachelor's degree (BA / B.Sc / B.Com) preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales, marketing, education counseling, or insurance (Freshers are welcome to apply). *
Language: Fluency in Odia is mandatory.
Travel: Prsonal two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for daily field movement.
Key Traits: Strong communication, goal-oriented mindset, and good negotiation skills.
