Hiring: Operations Manager – Retail MBO

Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor KPIs like conversion, productivity, ABV, and UPT.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
- Oversee VM standards, billing accuracy, and daily store functioning.
- Manage inventory, stock audits, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure SOP compliance, cash verification, and audit readiness.
- Monitor manual billing, payment reconciliation, and discount validation.
Requirements
- Experience in retail store operations and team handling.
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory, billing, and cash management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
