Key Responsibilities of Commis I
Chop, slice, wash, and prepare ingredients; measure and portion accurately.
Assist in cooking dishes, sauces, and cold foods; follow recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure mise en place is ready before service; support Chef de Partie during peak hours.
Receive deliveries, store ingredients properly, rotate stock, and discard expired items.
Maintain workstation cleanliness, follow food safety rules, and prevent cross-contamination.
Communicate clearly during service, assist colleagues, and mentor junior commis chefs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
