Explain product features, diamond specifications, pricing, and certifications. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support. Maintain showroom presentation and product displays. Assist with inventory checks and stock management. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
