Job Description
Bendic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online inquiries, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle online inquiries and interact with potential customers to convert them into clients
- Present Bendic Healthcare products and value-added services convincingly to prospects
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets
- Communicate daily with customers via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries promptly
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute growth strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Pharma / healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Ability to handle calculations related to sales, pricing, and targets
- Proficiency in online platforms, MARG, and MS Office
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
