You will analyze system architectures, define security requirements, implement robust security features, and support incident response efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Design & Analysis:
o Analyze system and software architectures from a cybersecurity perspective, providing expert guidance for secure implementation.
o Author, review, and maintain cybersecurity software requirements to ensure clarity and testability.
o Perform security impact analysis for all change requests and defects that affect security-relevant features.
- Secure Implementation & Verification:
o Implement critical security features using strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
o Develop and execute Software Unit Tests (SWE.4) and Software Qualification Tests (SWE.6) for implemented security features.
o Integrate and utilize Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for cryptographic operations and secure asset management.
- Security Operations & Process Improvement:
o Provide technical expertise to the Vulnerability Management and Cybersecurity Incident Response Teams, including the calculation of CVSS environmental scores.
o Actively contribute feedback to enhance our cybersecurity development processes, tools, and engineering deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in embedded software development.
- Education: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals:
o Deep understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
o Solid knowledge of fundamental cryptographic principles and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
o Experience with automotive security controls such as Secure Boot, Secure Storage, and Secure Diagnostics.
o Hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
o Experience with embedded software development processes (ASPICE knowledge is essential).
o Proficiency with development and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
o Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
o Self-organized, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
- Experience with Classic AUTOSAR architecture.
- Knowledge of secure coding standards, such as MISRA C: 2012.
- Familiarity with the automotive cybersecurity standard ISO/SAE 21434:2021.

2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Technical Data And Ticket Resolutions, While Actively Monitoring Client Requirements And Managing Schedules For On-Time Delivery Of Tasks Aligned With Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation Related To Cmmi Processes And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Clarity Throughout The Development Lifecycle.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering An Environment Of Knowledge Sharing And Skill Development Within The Team.
5. Collaborate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Requirements For Firmware Development, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Timelines.
